Human-led revenue cycle work, supported by well-governed technology
RCMHUB360 is a services company, not a software vendor. Technology helps our team find the right work sooner, see patterns earlier and report clearly. People make every decision that affects a claim, a payment or a patient.
What changes when technology supports the work
A qualitative comparison. We don't publish percentage improvements; results depend on your practice and baseline.
| Task | Manual process | Technology-assisted, human-reviewed |
|---|---|---|
| Finding claims that need work | Staff scroll aging reports and work oldest first. | Work queues are sorted by filing deadline, value and likelihood of a quick fix, then worked by a person. |
| Understanding denials | Denials are read one at a time; patterns surface months later, if at all. | Denials are grouped by reason, payer and provider so recurring causes are visible within the month. |
| Scrubbing claims | Billers rely on memory of each payer's rules. | Payer-specific edits flag likely problems before submission; a biller decides the fix. |
| Payer correspondence | Every appeal and letter is drafted from scratch. | Structured drafts are prepared from claim data; a person reviews, edits and approves every letter. |
| Reporting | Numbers are pulled into spreadsheets at month end. | Dashboards update from posted data, with a written summary prepared and checked by your account lead. |
Where technology can help
Areas where tools can support our team. We confirm which are in use for your account during onboarding.
- Claim-edit prioritization
- Surfacing which edits are most likely to cause a rejection for a specific payer.
- Denial reason clustering
- Grouping denials by root cause so fixes target the source.
- Work-queue triage
- Ordering follow-up by deadline, value and next best action.
- Document classification
- Sorting incoming EOBs, letters and correspondence to the right queue.
- Correspondence drafting
- Preparing first drafts of appeals and payer letters for human review.
- Anomaly detection
- Flagging unusual payment amounts, adjustment spikes or volume drops.
What we don't do
- No patient-facing clinical chatbot, diagnosis or medical triage.
- No autonomous coding: codes are assigned and approved by people.
- No unsupervised insurance determinations, adjustments or write-offs.
- No PHI sent to public AI tools, analytics, marketing email or chat widgets.
What monthly reporting can look like
An illustrative “RCM intelligence” view built with synthetic data. It shows the kind of questions reporting should answer: where money is aging, why claims deny and what's being done about it.

Narrative summary (reviewed by account lead)
Authorization denials rose for one payer after a policy change; renewal reminders moved earlier. Eligibility denials concentrated in new-patient visits.
Governance
A website can't prove HIPAA compliance. These are the controls our operations are designed around; ask us to walk through them during the assessment.
- Role-based, minimum-necessary access
- Team members see only the client systems and data their role requires.
- Human review
- Coding, appeals, payment adjustments, payer disputes and other sensitive decisions are approved by a person.
- Audit trails
- Work is noted in your system so every action can be traced to who did it and when.
- Vendor risk review
- Any tool that could touch PHI is reviewed and requires a business associate agreement before use.
- Retention and deletion
- Data is kept only as long as the engagement and law require, then deleted or returned.
- Incident escalation
- A documented path for reporting and responding to suspected security or privacy incidents.
- Exception handling
- When technology output looks wrong or uncertain, the work goes to a person — the exception is documented.
This website never asks for patient information, and we don't embed chat widgets or record calls by default. See our privacy policy.
Technology questions
Do you use AI on our claims?
We describe our workflows as technology-enabled. Any AI-assisted tool that could touch patient information is used only after vendor review and a business associate agreement, with a person reviewing every output that affects a claim, payment or patient balance. Ask us on the call exactly which tools would be used for your account.
Will software make coding decisions?
No. Software can flag likely issues or suggest where to look; a person assigns and approves every code.
Is the dashboard on this page real?
No. It's an illustrative demo with synthetic numbers, shown to explain what reporting can look like. Your reports use your data and are delivered securely.
Do you sell software?
No. RCMHUB360 is a revenue cycle services company. Technology supports our team; it isn't a product we sell.
