Privacy policy

Last updated

This policy explains how RCMHUB360 (“we”) handles information collected through rcmhub360.com (the “website”). It covers the website only. Protected health information we handle when providing services to clients is governed by our client agreements, including business associate agreements, and applicable law.

Information we collect

  • Information you submit: business contact details you enter in our forms — name, role, practice name, specialty, state, provider count, email, optional phone, and your message.
  • Attribution data: the page you submitted from and campaign parameters (such as utm_source) if present.
  • Technical data: IP address and request metadata processed by our hosting provider for security and rate limiting.
  • Analytics: only if you consent, and only if analytics is enabled. See the cookie policy.

Please do not send health information

This website is not designed to receive protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit patient names, dates of birth, insurance IDs, medical records or similar information. If PHI is submitted in error, we will delete it from the website systems when identified.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and arrange consultations.
  • To prepare proposals you request.
  • To protect the website from spam and abuse.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful (with consent).

We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that operate the website and deliver your inquiry to us — for example hosting, email delivery and our customer relationship management system — under contracts limiting their use of the data.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the business relationship, then deleted.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the contact information you submitted using the contact page.

Security

The website uses encrypted connections (TLS), server-side validation and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
